Hi, I’m Linda. I have been married since 1986 and we have three grown children and nine grandchildren between us. My hobbies are gardening, walking, hiking and spending time with my husband, dogs, and grandchildren. Although I am 62 years old, I am an active, fun, and caring person. I stay “young” by spending time with children. Babysitting has been a major part of my life since being a teenager, but I began babysitting for a professional agency in 1993 in Palm Desert. I love children of all ages, and I am especially good with infants. I have patience and many years of experience with my own children and grandchildren, which makes parents feel comfortable leaving their children in my care. I love to take walks, hikes, swim, and play board games. One of my favorite activities is reading with children. I guess you could say that many of my clients have “adopted” me as a temporary surrogate “grandma,” and I take the same care with your children and grandchildren as I do with mine. I have an Associate Arts Degree in Computer Information Systems which includes training people on how to use computers and software. I am currently employed at Farb Middle School, part of the San Diego Unified School District, as a Computer Support Site Tech.
