Sarah Albert, Executive Director
Amy and Sarah first partnered in 2005, when Sarah came on board to oversee the nanny placement division of Marion's Childcare. 16 years, 3 kids, and many adventures later and Sarah is now Executive Director, overseeing all of the day to day operations. Sarah loves burritos, music, reading, and Starbucks frappucinos.
Amy Gray, Owner & Strategic Director
Amy became owner of Marion's Childcare (now Sitterwise) in 2005. She is Marion's daughter-in-law, mom to two school-age kids, and an accomplished San Diego beach photographer. Amy splits her time between church ministry, Sitterwise, and photography, and she is always looking for new ways to spread the word about how Sitterwise can help families.
Becky Friberg, Director of Talent Development & Playtime Pros Events
Becky is the ultimate HR director & event extraordinaire. She vets all of our caregivers and ensures every sitter on our staff meets (or exceeds!) our high standards. Becky also oversees our Playtime Pros division and works with our Sitterwise team leaders to execute every event seamlessly. Becky is mom to 2 teenage boys and is slightly addicted to Diet Coke.
Michele Hanks, Client Care Specialist
Michele joined the Sitterwise Team in 2018 as our Client Care Specialist. Her organizational skills and natural wisdom keep the Sitterwise family on point. Michele is mom to 2 sweet kiddos and a schnauzer who thinks he rules the roost.
Marion Gray, Founder of Marion's Childcare
As a single mom of four children, Marion started out just trying to make ends meet — not start a business — but her professionalism and kid-friendly style earned her a place in the hearts of concierges around the city. Soon, she had more sitting requests than she could personally take, and she asked her close friends to join her. Before long, Marion’s Childcare was San Diego’s most trusted name in hotel babysitting, used exclusively by the area’s finest resorts.
