We have a large database of fully vetted caregivers who work on an on-call basis throughout the year.  Often, we have caregivers who are interested in part-time or full-time nanny opportunities. Since we do not look outside of our existing caregiver pool for nanny placements, we don't require a deposit for a nanny search. Once we receive your completed family application, we will inform our caregivers of your opportunity and email you the profiles of interested candidates.
