Our soon-to-be graduate with a love for chocolate!


This is Cara!

Cara loves working with children and infants. She is currently preparing for a major in Nursing. Cara has had some awesome experiences working with children and young adults with special needs in Mexico. She learned a lot from them such as how to stay

creative, patient, and keep a positive attitude! She’s also had some great experiences with children and infants at her local church. She is brings excitement and fun experiences to Marion’s Childcare!


Q1: Please tell us your name and how long have you been a part of Marion’s Childcare?

My name is Cara C. and I have been with Marion’s Childcare for almost 3 years.


Q2: What do you like to do in your free time?

I love kayaking, walking and watching movies.


Q3: Where’s the next stop on your travel bucket list?

I have always wanted to go to China.


Q4: Please tell us about 3 accomplishments that you are proud of:

I got to spend a couple years working with some amazing kids in an orphanage in Mexico who changed my life, spending a New Year’s Eve in Times Square, and finally

finishing my Bachelors degree this June.


Q5: If you could be anyone for a day, who would you be and why?

If I could be anyone for one day, I would be Michael Jordan when he played the Cleveland Cavaliers in ‘89 because I always wondered what it would be like to be that tall and play basketball against the Cavaliers.


Q6: Favorite food? Least favorite food?

My favorite food is chocolate. My least favorite food is mayo.


Q7: What children’s character do you relate to the most and why?

I relate most to the bird Kevin from the movie Up because she loves chocolate as much as I do and likes to have fun.


Q8: What is your favorite movie genre?

My favorite movie genre is Comedies.


Q9: If your friends could define you in 3 words, what would they say?

My closest friends say that I am funny, loyal and kind.


Q10: People would be surprised if they knew:

People would be surprised if they knew how goofy I really am.
